Data charges for QC ice storm

I understand that Fido is not charging customers for data used during the ice storm electric outage.

I've used nearly all my data during the outage and now I am being asked to pay for more.

Can I get the data I used during the outage back, like Fido had pledged?

Hey @VedO !

Only the data usage from April 4 to April 16 will be removed. 

If you need more data, you can always use your 5 Hours of Extra Data, purchase a monthly add-on or change your plan.
