When I log on it says something is wrong but I haven't used data bytes yet, I'm trying to access data bytes but Its always giving me that error. I have tried clearing the cache, uninstalled and tried turning the wifi on and off still nothing works

When was the last time Data Bytes worked fine for you? Just to make sure, have you already tried deleting the app and reinstalling it?
Also, make sure the wifi is OFF when using Data Bytes.
