Data bytes error message

So whenever i try to use data bytes feature, this pops up. What could this mean? Thx.

Welcome to the community

I'm sorry to learn you're having trouble with your Data Bytes.  Are you on the latest version of the app?  If you are, can you try deleting it and installing it again?

Nah no luck.

I've also resetted my account password recently, maybe that's the "recent change" it's referring to?
