For a while now, my voicemail will hang up on me as soon as i dial. As well, my data doesnt work. When i turn it on and try to access the internet, it acts like it isnt connected. What can I do to fix these things?

Hi @BJohn sounds like you need to adjust the settings in your phone (probably a non-Fido phone).

For Voicemail Service Center Number here are the instructions depending on the type of device you have:

Can you give us a bit more details? What phone are you using? Do you have a prepaid account or postpaid account? Did you make any changes to your account recently?
