Data Cycle moved to another date in the future

My data resets every 4th or 5th of the month, and for some reason it still has not reset but i was still charged on the 4th of november. It is now the 8th and its 4 days late, my data has 0.48 gb remaining and i know I will get charged $10 per 100mb. I just checked the app and found out that now the cycle apparently will reset 18 days later without my knowlege. This is outrageous and very suspicious, i paid for a data and i still havent recieved it , i am on the brink of getting charged for going over.


Yes i contacted support but i waited for over an hour for the person, he/she suddenly stopped responding. I disconnected and tried to connect to another person but then i realized that the live chat hours just ended (probably why the support stopped respoinding). Im posting this because maybe there is a way to solve this without going through that again. I hope yall understand how frustrating and inconveneint this is.
