Customer service not answering. Need to cancel or freeze my plan

I am currently not in the country and won't be back until May. I am not using my plan at all but I am unable to get in touch with the customer service team at all, and there is no way to freeze or cancel online. The BOT doesn't even let me get through to a person. Please can somebody help me? I don't want to continue paying for something I'm not using.
