I’m a client for 9 years with 3 lines and in good standing. Everything’s spiralling down south especially customer service. My frustrations just keep getting worse whenever I deal with their “customer service “. I’ve lost confidence and no longer want to stay with Fido.

Agree, I had multiple times and agent no more supportive. This time I waste almost 1.1 hr to talk with agent to let them know about overcharged. And end its my responsibility that I have to my plan cost regularly. Fido can charge whatever they want. You have to call back for correct and spent your one hr to rectify everything. No loyalty means. Thanks Fido
