Credits Refund

I have canceled the service on Dec 21 2023. There was a credit $24.17 in my account balance. I was told the refund cheque was issued on Jan 18 but I didn't receive any cheque from Fido till Feb today

I'm having exact same issue! 
I just got off the phone with them, they said the cheque should be delivered 3-4 weeks. I was given the wrong info when I talked to the agent on the 18th of January, the person said it would be 5-7 business days. 
anyways we will see if it will arrive soon as mine is passing 3 weeks period now 🤞
