Hi, I tried to set up a new account so can move service from my father's name to my own. But my account wasn't able to compeltely set up because of some credit check problem. 

I was given the phone number 1-888-967-5578 to call - (I have called several times and no one has returned my call) 

This is getting frustrating and i can move my service or change it at all. I WANT TO TALK TO A LIVE PERSON not a voice message service.
