I was trying to get a new phone and plan through an exclusive offer in my fido account. After completeing all the steps, I got a pop up error that somthing went wrong and the order cannot be processed. I chekced my credit card statemnet and I was double charged for this order. One of the charges was credited back right away but the other one has not yet been credited back.

If the order didn't go through, the amount you paid for the phone should automatically be refunded to your card within 5 days. I'll send you a PM so we can take a look at your account to figure out why the order didn't go through.
