Could it be a fraud call

Hi, I just received a call from 888 481 3436, the guy said I have a number registered that was making harassment call and text message. He said the number was reported to a organization. I never have that number registered and therefore I thought it was a fraud call. Will you contact user for such matter?

Looks like someone may have spoofed your phone number to make it look like your number was calling another person. Although there's not much you can do in these cases, you can find more information about this right here.
