Hi Maria,
Thanks for your answer. The situation is, I was in Canada just for 3 months. When I bought the plan I asked one only for this time, right now I returned to my country for that reason why my phone is turn off and also I need cancel the contract. When I bought the seller told me than I could cancel my account on online, but now I couldn´t do it and nobody answer my call and alson for this way I didn´t get any solution. I appreciate if you can help me and cancel my contract.
