How do I get in touch with the office of the president? I have been a Fido customer for 15 years and I am having the absolute worst service with your agents. I am having to call and connect on a weekly basis, information is miscommunicated with respects to logging on the file and what is being told to me. I need to speak with someone as soon as possible.
