Connection problem

Hi 👋 

 

for the last 3 days can't connect to mobile Twitter or FB other than via WiFi. I don't want to install the apps. 
via Fido network it fails to connect to server. 

pls advise

Hello @Geea , you say that social media sites won't open through your browser and not using the app. I don't use the apps either. Do other websites open? Do you have a strong data connection?  Are you able to access over Wi-Fi and then switch to data only? Is your device set to only use Wi-Fi when accessing the internet? So many questions,  I know. Depending on what browser you are using, it may be blocking the website. If using Firefox,  try Chrome,  or if using Chrome try Firefox. Let us know if you need more help on this or if you have resolved the issue and how you resolved it. Have a good day
