Pls try to help me to follow up my order in black friday. The customer i call told me he gonna process it my order and confirmation on sending on my email. I call back on monday cutomer support told me. It didnt go through my order. Now monday i called she told me i gonna get confirmation. But i didnt get it. Whats goin on your promise and service provider
