How can I file a compliant regarding my recent purchase at Fido? I wasn't honored with the promotional offer (a free gift) as promised when I made the purchase. It was clearly stated in the purchase summary when I submit the purchase online. I was later told that the offer has been expired after I received the phone (only when I call customer service and ask) and am unable to claim the offer. So why did the offer still on the website if it has been expired in the first place? I'm very disappointed and Fido is unable to offer compensation. It is actually a misleading advisement and Fido should honor what you have offered.
