It’s really frustrating and ridiculous how Fido customer agents behaves. Few months ago I called in for temporary cancellation of my services for two months on phone. Yet, I was charged for those 2 months. And I called Fido agent again to ask why have you charged even though I informed you to cancel and she said the request didn’t go through and the way she responds is insane. I can't even stop paying bills cause if I don't, it would effect my credit score.
