I ordered new devices 3 times. All were canceled without any information about that. I suppose to contact with specialist every time. Charged money come on my Fido account, not on my credit card. But they charged from CC, so money suppose to refund on CC. does that make sense. To refund amount on my CC from fido account and need to contact with specialist every time and wait long time for response. Communication was really hard, they told me different things, some of them were lie. Some specialists didn't want to refund and drive me crazy. I even visited your store 2 times and nobody wanted to help me, just said to use website.
Another specialist here said me I can order again and pay by money on fido account. It is lie.
