Closing FIDO account after moving abroad

I have moved abroad and need to close my Fido account. Cannot seem to find this particular function online and nobody is available for live chat on the website. Any suggestions on how we can contact fido without having to make an expensive international call to customer services? Thank you.

It is impossible to get their service person, it is akin to winning a lottery, I have waited to their music( same repeated tunes) for over 1 hr and still no customer service agent, they have handful serving the entire Canada. one of worst service and an nightmare reaching out to them. Pathetic. Need help to close an account which was already isntructed to close. Next option to write to CCTS.

You can contact customer service during regular business hours through any of the available methods listed here even from outside of the country.
