I am with Fido since 10 years and now after 10 years I feel so bad to be with them. They give me one offer and they put different in system. They deal me in one phone and sent me another phone with different plan than which was told . When I tried to complain no body hears about the complaint and they makes feel that I am lying . Their rep have not to much idea. Different rep have different opinion. I spent my one week to them but they cannot solve the problem. Their rep make one agreement and put different in their system. Even their supervisor is try to favor their rep. Really frustrated.
