Retention?

Customer since 2004

I asked if you could match a competitor on three different cell lines.

Basic answer ...no

The counter offer was a more expensive plan than the one I have with a discount for 12 months and then the new higher price would kick in.

I was completely shocked.

I waited on hold for over 45 mins

If the benefit is Fido Extras and real people to speak to then where's the benefit?

Off to buy three sims from an online cell phone provider after work today.
