Like @Original_Lucy mentioned, since the device financing is now separate from your monthly plan, you are able to switch to some of our plans without having to break your 2 year agreement. Feel free to reach out to us through one of our support channels and we'll be able to confirm if that is the case for the plan that you are interested in.
Hi @Joshg , in theory you should be able to as the device payment is separated from the plan. If you picked a device that required a specific plan,you may not be able to change it. I would definitely check with customer service on this, or you could start a change my plan in the Fido app and see if there are charges around changing your plan.You don't have to complete the change unless it is acceptable to you.
