Changing my plan

Hey there, I was wondering if there is anyway I can change my plan online, my bills are WAY to high and I have some stuff I can get rid of, and just heard about that new data day pass thing, and wanted to switch over to that, and change other things. Is there anyway to do that online, or do I need to go to a store for that?

Great news: it is now possible for you to change your plan online. No need to contact customer service for that anymore! 

 

Once logged into My Account on fido.ca, simply click CHANGE PLAN under Services tab.

Hello there,

At this time you are not able to change your plan online you have to give customer service a call to do that. Smiley
