I would give a poor rating to the Fido customer support and the supervisory team
She could not provide the resolution to my issue and apart from that she told me that she doesnt know how to escalate an issue through a written means. I asked her if she is aware of any Nodal or appellate team email address , she said no.

My issue: My address was changed without my consent and i have received the bill with an incorrect address. This is totally unethical and going wrong on the PI part
