Changing back my phone number

I've recently changed from Bell to Fido, and received my 'Fido phone number.' I want to change my SIM card but keep my phone number. Im still using bell line is still active so the phone number isn't taken. How do I change the Fido number back into my old one? 

I've also tried to change my SIM card, but since the temporary number doesn't match my old SIM card phone number, it says it doesn't match.

  Welcome to the community!

  From what I understand, you wish to keep the phone number you had with Bell and use it with Fido, is that correct? If it is, you would need to contact customer service and request to have the phone number ported-over from Bell. Alternatively, you might consider sending @FidoSolutions a PM. Once they verify some information, they will also be able to access your account. 

  It's important that your account and phone number with Bell remain active. You should note that once the phone number is ported-out from Bell, that account would get cancelled.
