Sub : TO CHANGE THE BILLING NAME
Respected officer,
I got the Fido sim card today on 20 August 2022 and given the passport as the document because I am newcomer to canada . So the store person takes my father's name on the Bill insted of my name .
My given name on passport is DHAVAL RAJESHKUMAR. and surname is PATEL .
so the store person took my father's name and put it on the Bill so I humbly request you to change the name in Bill please.
As supporting documents i fax to Fido on 20th August but still not proceed

Good morning @dhaval2561 , sorry to hear that there's a name mix up on your account. Unfortunately, the only department that has access and ability to view and or change your account information is Fido's customer support. You will have to contact Fido again using one of the methods Here to have it corrected. You may call directly from your device to *611 for assistance. Hopefully you have a speedy resolution
