You can change your number for free online on Fido.ca, assuming you have account holder access to your account.To do so:
- Sign into your Fido My Account
- Select the wireless number you want to change
- Select Change My Number from the Quick Actions menu at the bottom
- Select the Province and City for the number, then click FIND AVAILABLE NUMBERS
- Choose one, then click Select Number. Follow the on screen prompts to complete the phone number change process
