Change account primary account holder

I was wondering how I'd change my account to primary account holder as I am and would like to be able to view monthly bill.

To clarify, are you the account holder for this account? If so, it's likely you selected subscriber rather than account holder when you registered for My Account. In this case, you can reach out to us through these channels and we'll be happy to take a look. If you prefer, we can get it done right here via PM through the Community.
