Hi. I tried to change my call display name by going to My Account and using the 'Change Call Display Name' option under Quick Actions. But, that option is not there, the only options available are 'Reset Voicemail Password' and 'Report Stolen Device'. How am I able to change my display name? It says it is an online service only.

It sounds like you are logged in as an authorized user and not as the account holder, if you are not the account holder then you will have to get that person to do it however if you are the account holder you registered your account wrong and you will need to register again and this time choose account holder when registering.
