My name was entered incorrectly and it shows wrong on caller ID when I call people.
To change it the instructions on Fido say to look under quick actions under My Account and after I select the number I am using. I have found the Quick Actions, but the option to change Caller ID isn't there.

Since the caller ID name is incorrect I would also advise you to make sure the spelling is correct on the account itself, if it is also incorrect on the account level you will need to contact customer service to get it updated.
