Cannot change plan


I have a prepaid phone and trying to change it to monthly plan.

Whenever I try to do this online I get an error message. (screenshot)

Certain transactions cannot be completed in our self-serve tools online. If you're looking to migrate from a Prepaid to Postpaid plan, we would need to get access to your account to set-up those changes for you. You can reach out to us through any of the options found on our Contact Page.
