Cannot access My Account to make payment

I can’t access the internet account and it is linked to the email account I have for my mobile account. please help

I have some questions for you :

 

1. Are both account under the same name?

2. If yes, are you the account holder?

3. Do you see any other options when clicking on Services on Fido.ca My Account?
