I cannot change my plan online, always gets message "We're working to improve this experience, but to continue right now you'll actually need to connect with us in person." I have already went to Fido store and they cannot help with that. Tried to call fido, keeps gettign dropped off and disconnected. plese help!

Try using Internet explorer and see if it works, if you keep getting the error just keep trying it will work.
The website is probably getting hammered with lots of traffic.
