I'm afraid loyalty does not mean a thing at Fido. It did back in the day when it wasn't only money-driven.
I've spent the past 2 days going back and forth between departments, agents, supervisors. Was offered a $20 credit by 3 different agents to which a supervisor reneged on. It was already offered, 3 times. Now it is not. They would rather lose my business than have a happy customer. It's a shame really but it is the way of the times now. Everyone and everything is replaceable.
