I would like to cancel my device protection. Stores are closed, and I don't see a way to do it online, nor a contact number to call customer service. Also, the live chat link does not lead anywhere.

To cancel your device protection, you would need to contact customer service. Alternatively, you might consider sending @FidoSolutions a PM. Once they verify some information, they'll also be able to access your account.
