Cancelled a post-dated activation date of cell phone plan and no confirmation received

I cancelled a post-dated activation date for a cell phone plan over live chat and did not receive ANY email confirmation that the cancellation successfully occurred.  How can I be assured that it was indeed processed instead of being charged later on for a service that never was activated at all?  The live chat took over 45 mins to process my cancellation for a service that has yet to be activated and I honestly do not wish to waste any more time doing yet another live chat just to confirm it was indeed cancelled.  Please provide email address of the department for me to email directly to verify.  I have saved the live chat conversation as proof that it happened.

  Firslty, you should note that this is the community forum and not intended as a venue for customer services. We do not have access to customers' accounts so would not be able to deal with any confirmation requests. Unfortunately, I don't think Fido offers any customer service via email. I understand you do not wish to have to contact them again, however, if you wishe to confirm your services were cancelled, you would need to contact customer service. In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter. Those methods can be accessed via the contact page posted above.
