Cancellation

Hi there, I would like to cancel my phone plan as I have moved to Europe, thank you. If possible, I would like to get a refund as I was just recently charged for another month.

@Ngagnon3 you will need to reach out to customer service to have the account cancelled, you can do so through any of the available methods listed here.

 

Fido also have a number you can call from abroad which you can find from the provided link above.

 

You will be charged for all the days until the line has been cancelled, so if the account has been cancelled in your billing cycle and a payment has been made then you will get a partial refund.
