I moved back to France and I would like to cancel my plan, as well an unlocking my phone.

You will need to get in contact with a Fido representative to get both your request done.

 

You can reach out to Fido through any of the available methods listed here.

 

Just note that wait times today will be extremely long as Fido is busy with everyone trying to get on the new promotional plan.

@Clara7 no only a Fido representative can cancel an account and you still need a representative to get you the unlock code.
