Hello, my nam is soonha lee. I would like to cancle my contract because I am going to back to my country. But I want to use my cell phone until January 1, 2018.

Only a Fido representative can set up the cancellation, you can reach out the Fido through any of the available methods listed here.

 

I would advise you to wait a few days as the wait time to speak with a Fido representative will be extremely long now because everyone is trying to get the new promotional plan.
