Cancellation from abroad

Hi!!

It's my first time to ask a question!

 

These days I've stuck out of Canada and won't be able to enter in Canada for couple months by virus.
So I'd like to cancel my plan because I don't use it now .
But I have no idea how should I do .Because I'm not in Canada. 


I'm looking foward to hearing answers!

Only a Fido representative can process a cancellation, you will need to contact customer support to have it done.

 

Fido has many different methods to contact them even from outside of the country, for all the different methods please see here.
