I would like to change my old monthly plan to a new one; however, when I am checking out, I notice that there is no way I can cancel my Data Top Up Add ons. Every time I press the Edit button beside the Data Add ons, it backs to the previous page and the only add ons thing is a free voice message, and none of my Data Top up add ons are there. Do you guys have any ideas that I can cancel my Data Top up add ons without ahead to the stores??? Btw, sending CANCEL to 222 doesn’t work for me..
