Cancel services from oversea

I moved out of Canada and i cant contact hotline to cancel my cellphone number in Canada. Anyone know how to stop Fido services from oversea. I dont want to rocket my billing even when i am no longer using their services

There are other ways to contact us if calling in doesn't work for you, which you can find here.

A good thing to know is you can reach us from your wireless device from any country for free by dialing +1-514-925-4590. 

To dial +, hold down 0 until the plus symbol (+) appears.

How long should i wait for being supported? I had been waiting more than 1hr and no assisstant showed off to support. How bad it could be

I'm sorry to hear you've had to wait a while to reach an agent. Depending on how busy we are, it can take longer than usual to reach an agent as they are all busy speaking with customers.
