We understand that staying connected and in touch with your loved ones wherever they are is essential at this time. In order to help them stay connected with people across the country and around the world, until April 30th 2020, Fido is automatically:
- Waiving long distance charges for Fido mobile and Home Phone customers for calls to anywhere in Canada.
- Waiving Fido Roam and all pay-per-use roaming fees in available destinations for postpaid customers travelling outside of Canada.
We are also ensuring that services will not be suspended or disconnected for any customers experiencing financial difficulties over the next 90 days.
We are not offering free data or international long distance calling at this time. That said, most Fido plans include unlimited international texts (incoming & outgoing) – please check your plan details.
