Can't see plans

I would like to see what plans are available to me but... if I log in as an existing customer the view plans button on the buy plans page takes me to the buy phones page.  I have a new phone.  I just want to see what plans are available to me, I don't need a new phone.  I think the website is in need of a correction.

You are correct.  The problem only shows up if I am logged in and go to the buy plans then view plans.  If I follow your suggestion I can see the plans that are available for upgrade (or downgrade).  Thank you.

Hello @snorlax141,

 

As an existing customer when you log in to your account click on the phone number you want to view the available plans for on the next page under the MY MOBILE PLAN section click on UPGRADE PLAN and you should see all the plans currently available to you.
