It’s been over a month that I can’t get a hold of the Fido fraud department. Their customer service is shockingly terrible.
I went to Fido and got 2 new phones, a few hours after my account was cancelled because it was ‘fraudulent activity’ as apparently they said it was identity fraud ?? even though IT IS ME.
I called during business hours and left voicemails every time. Despite the many attempts in reaching them no one has yet to contact me back.
That's not the type of experience we want for you and your fraud advisor should call back once receiving your voicemail.
