Ive contacted Fido by phone 3 times amd spoke to 3 different respresentatives eacj time and they still can't or won't let me change my credit card information. So every month I have to use vouchers. Why does Fido treat pre-paid customers so poorly. I can't get answers from them at all and they refuse to help. As far as Im concerned they are just another mickey mouse run company...why is it that way???
I'm sorry to see you're experiencing difficulties with this process. Changing your credit card information for your prepaid account is actually something that can be done directly through our self-serve tools.
You can do it online by logging in to My Account and selecting Charges & Payments, or with our IVR System by calling 611 and selecting the options #3, #4 and #2 when prompted.
