Can't change credit card information at the Fido's My Account website

Hi here,

Tried to change my credit card info at the Fido's website. It kept giving me "oh !!!! something is not working ....." for 30 mins. HELP !!!!

Are you still experiencing difficulties changing the credit card?

If so, have you tried another browser?

Can you please also confirm if you have a postpaid or a prepaid account?

Hi, 

I still can not change the credit card number, and I tried it with FF, Chrome, IE and Edge already. I have a prepaid account. Anyway, if it does not work at all, I just use a voucher instead.

Can you also try clearing the cookies and cache to see if that helps?

Did you get the chance to contact our prepaid department on call as well? They will be able to help you if it doesn't work online. You will find the steps to refill your prepaid account here.
