Can't Get Deposit Back??

I payed extra 300 dollars when I activated my Fido account last year. The guy in the Fido store told me that the 300 dollars are taken as deposit. He said I can get the money back after 12 months. Its been more than a year and nothing... Called and they said it would be on the next bill... its been more than a month since then. Still nothing.

How can I get my money back?

The $300 deposit is refunded after a year if all your payments were made on time. If you missed payments, then it might be held for longer.

Ok.... I set up pre authorized payments from the beginning and obviously never missed a payment and have no outstanding balance. And it has been more than 12 months. Is there a real solution?
