Can I return and cancel plan with no payment?

I got a phone 3 days ago and opened an account with Fido. Can I return the phone and close the account? Without having to pay the one monthly

You have 15 days to return without having to pay the full amount, you will just be charged for the days you had the service.

Your first invoice will be for the full month plus a day then Fido will send you your final invoice which will be a credit and they will send you the refund by cheque.
