Hello, How do I activate or purchase the Call & Name Display feature on my phone?

I went to add-on page and I couldn't find this feature available.

The Call & Name Display feature can only be added through customer service, the option is not available through self-serve.

These options are also available as part of our Value Packs that combine multiple services in a bundle.
